Common issues

Google sign-in does not complete

Make sure you are using a Google account that is allowed to use the app. If the app is still in testing, only test users approved in Google Cloud may sign in.

Tasks are not syncing

Check your internet connection, confirm that Google Tasks is available for your account, and try signing out and signing back in.

I revoked Google access

Open Spur Tasks and sign in again to grant access. If you no longer want to use the app, follow the data deletion guide.

I found a bug

Email support with steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots are helpful, but avoid sharing private task details unless needed.
