Agreement
These Terms of Use are between you and Rohan Shah and apply to your use of Spur Tasks. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Using Spur Tasks
Spur Tasks helps you manage tasks connected to your Google account. You are responsible for your account, your device, and the task content you create or sync through the app.
Google services
Spur Tasks depends on Google services for sign-in and task synchronization. Google services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's terms and policies. Spur Tasks is not responsible for outages, restrictions, or changes to Google services.
Free version
Spur Tasks is planned as a free app. If paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are added later, the terms and App Store listing will be updated before those features are offered.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Spur Tasks, interfere with the app's operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where law allows, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
No warranties
Spur Tasks is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case. You should keep appropriate backups of important information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rohan Shah will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of Spur Tasks.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app, legal requirements, or business terms change. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
